Microdis Electronics has signed a distribution agreement with Amber Wireless – a German manufacturer of wireless modems and modules, present on the market since over 10 years. The Cologne based producer is one of the first who brought a Wireless M-Bus module to the market, designed specifically for AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) applications, according to the EN13757-4: 2005 standard.

“Agreement with Amber Wireless is very important for our business strategy especially strong wireless competence center. Extending portfolio by the latest technology and high quality ISM band modules is the result of proven demand of such products.” said Robert Panufnik, Sales & Marketing Director, Microdis.
Effective immediately, Microdis will distribute Amber Wireless products on Eastern European markets.
