Metz Connect manufactures high quality PCB connection systems - spring clamp terminal blocks (solderable and pluggable), screw type terminal blocks (solderable and pluggable), headers, IDC terminal blocks (solderable) and X|Synergy - RJ45 connector to use in harsh environments.

Metz Connect portfolio includes comprehensive products range of Terminal Blocks and Headers:

SPRINGCON - spring clamp terminal blocks, solderable and pluggable. It is valid for conductors having a nominal cross section from 0.08 - 2.5 mm² and offers direct termination with/without wire protection and indirect termination by pin terminals. Available are several options: with cage clamp and with or without lever; or with flat spring and lever.

 

RIACON - screw type terminal blocks, solderable and pluggable. RIACON terminal blocks are equipped with wire protection to prevent conductor damage during connection process, lift system and rising wire protectors.

 

 

 

 

PLUGCON - headers to be used with pluggable terminal blocks (series SPRINGCON and RIACON).

 

 

 

 

 

IDCON - IDC terminal blocks, where the wires do not need to be stripped before insertion. 

 

Customization - customization is available upon request, including printing (like ink jet printing, hot stamp printing or pad printing), color (assumed color is black) and complete shape of the product.  

X|Synergy - RJ45 connector dedicated for harsh environment. X|Synergy is the system that combines all these features in the unique way:

• protection against environmental influences (oil, vibration, heat/cold, chemicals etc.) up to protection class IP67  
• transmission features: 10 GBit, Cat.6A, shielding
• easy installation
• automized assembly
